Hotel Zuana's Commitment to Preventing ESCNNA

At Hotel Zuana,we are firmly committed to protecting the rights of children and adolescents, and we strongly oppose any form of Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESCNNA). As part of our social responsibility, we continuously work to create a safe environment for both our guests and the community.

This October, we had the honor of welcoming staff from the Deputy Ministry of Tourism, who conducted a reinforcement training session for all our team members. The goal was to update our knowledge and practices for preventing ESCNNA, ensuring that every team member is well-equipped to identify and address any suspicious situations while effectively implementing our internal policies.

As part of this effort, we continue to uphold a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual exploitation. We are committed to actively preventing any form of abuse and working closely with local authorities to ensure the rights of minors are always protected. Additionally, our facilities are equipped with security protocols to provide constant monitoring and prevent any type of vulnerability.

We invite our guests and the general community to join us in this commitment. If you ever identify a suspicious or concerning situation, we encourage you to report it immediately. Together, we can ensure a safe and exploitation-free environment for everyone.
